Thompson Instructional Center

Thompson Instructional Center provides an enriched educational environment for students in grades K – 8. The bright hallways and large classrooms are ideal for active learning and the school’s curriculum promotes positive growth and development. Educational options are flexible at Thompson, ensuring that the individual needs of each student can be addressed.

Background: Thompson Instructional Center is a public-private partnership between Joliet Public Schools District 86 and Special Education Services. Thompson offers academic instruction to students in kindergarten through 8th grade.
